Vacancy for a Parish Councillor

WIGGINTON PARISH COUNCIL VACANCY FOR A PARISH COUNCILLOR

1. A vacancy has arisen on the above Parish Council due to the resignation on 16th September 2024 of Parish Councillor Trenna Axon.

2. A by-election to fill the vacancy will be held, if within 14 days (not including a Saturday or Sunday, or a Bank Holiday) from the date below, ten electors for the Parish request, in writing to the Returning Officer, that an election take place.

3. The Name and Address of the Returning Officer is: Claire Hamilton, Dacorum Borough Council, The Forum, Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, HP1 1DN

4. If no request to hold an election is received, the Parish Council may fill the vacancy by co-option.
